From business cards to billboards. Due to various printing technologies and our wide range of binding processes, we are able to satisfy almost all of the needs of our customers in relation to printed materials.
Innovative machines to cut paper and cardboard from rolls to sheets. The lines are equipped with a system to simultaneously cut two paper rolls for two different intended uses.
The thickness of the cut material ranges from 70 to 350 g.
A modern preparatory facility with an area of 600 m², equipped with top-class, efficient and fully automatic Kodak, Agfa and Heidelberg imagesetters (including the first B0 plate setter with a pallet feeder in Poland).
The total maximum capacity of the CTP centre is up to 150 panels/h. The maximum board format is 1630 x 1325 mm.
Cutting-edge Heidelberg printing machines, including a super fast model with UV LED drying. They ensure high quality printouts on various base materials.
The total maximum capacity of the offset machines is over 90,000 sheets/h. The maximum board format is 1210 x 1620 mm.
Modern HP and Konica Minolta machines guaranteeing digital printing in the quality of offset printing.
Their printing rate is about 3,500 sheets/h each. The maximum board format is 530 x 750 mm. You can also order printing from a roll in the 735 x 1100 mm format (digital flexo).
Highly efficient machines for printing and cutting products on various base materials and using various techniques – including UV, mid-solvent and latex printing.
We print on film, cardboard and hard materials (Dibond, PCV and HIPS). Roll-to-roll printing is also possible. We also offer precise trimming, even in the most demanding shapes.
High-class equipment for a full range of binding services.
They include state-of-the-art cutters, lines for automated saddle stitch binding, glue binding and spiral binding, as well as super fast highly automated folding machines.
A modern over 1600 m² warehouse with 2,500 pallet spots.
The facility has a high-storage system based on remotely controlled latest-generation mobile racks permitting direct access to every pallet.
We are not indifferent to human suffering. We engage in a wide range of CSR projects and initiatives to help the disadvantaged and excluded, and to further environmental protection goals. Additionally, we have been supporting local secondary schools that teach printing-related jobs for a long time.
We also take actions to limit the negative environmental impacts of our business.
We invest in modern technologies, and the machines we use have zero CO₂ emission certificates. By offering various printing technologies, we are able to remain fully flexible in terms of print run and thus minimise the consumption of raw materials and energy. We also take care to reduce paper consumption on a daily basis.
We hold international certificates: Forest Stewardship Council®, FSC® C107919 license code, and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes PEFC certificate number NC-PEFC/COC-000091. These certificates prove that we care about the environment and we pursue a responsible raw material sourcing policy.
The FSC® certificate confirms that the whole manufacturing process meets the Chain of Custody standards and effectively supports the initiatives connected with responsible forest management. The PEFC certificate obligates us to use paper sourced only from forests where special attention is paid to responsible resource management.
